PLUMSubscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription services and transactions processed through PlumDeals (plumdeals.net), owned and operated by Western Star Group LLC. By subscribing to our SaaS platform, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
PlumDeals subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. By providing your payment method, you authorize Western Star Group LLC to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees upon renewal.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
Because PlumDeals provides immediate access to proprietary matching algorithms, buy-box configurations, and active private deal flows, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing for subscriptions that are canceled mid-cycle.
- No Usage-Based Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for lack of usage, failure to secure a matched deal, or if you simply forget to cancel prior to your renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your PlumDeals subscription at any time.
- Effect of Cancellation: If you choose to cancel, the cancellation will automatically take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be billed for any subsequent cycles.
- Continued Access: Upon canceling early, you will retain full access to your deal manager, matched alerts, and private listings until the conclusion of your current paid term.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly within the platform. Log in to your PlumDeals account, navigate to Settings → Billing / Account Management, and select Manage subscription to cancel.
4. California Auto-Renewal Compliance
In accordance with California Business and Professions Code § 17602, PlumDeals provides a clear, conspicuous, and easily accessible mechanism to manage your subscription. Because you can subscribe to PlumDeals online, you are guaranteed the ability to cancel your subscription entirely online without unnecessary steps, phone calls, or delays.
5. Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended by Western Star Group LLC for a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., misrepresentation of broker credentials, failure to provide proof of funds, or misuse of the platform’s privacy features), you will forfeit any remaining time on your subscription and will not be entitled to a refund.
6. Modifications to Pricing
Western Star Group LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes so you may choose to cancel your subscription before the new rates apply.
